He Knew He Was Right

Yesterday, I made my first post with a video, and today I am again trying something new: blogging from my new toy....errr...work device...ok...it's something in between that is closer to a toy. I've downloaded some apps--some purely for fun and others to help my productivity--that I've been taking for test drives, and now it's BlogPress's turn...so far, so good, but I've only been typing so far. Let's see how it does with a picture... All too easy. That picture is one taken with the iPad's front camera, and here is one with that hard-to-aim rear camera... Again, very easy to drag and drop pictures into this app. This will no doubt come in handy when traveling. My Droid serves me well in this regard too, though I haven't attempted a multi-pic post from it. I'm eager to work out a method to move pictures from my cameras to my iPad, as I don't see taking more than a picture or two at any one time with this. I can see using this app mor...

I'm a Droid user as of a few hours ago. I'm trying to get comfortable with it, updating my accounts, downloading apps, and all that. Still, I have pictures ready for a few posts, ideas for a few others, but something of a case of writer's block. Maybe, just maybe, this gadget will magically create order and help me pick up the writing pace. Two posts last month?! I have more in me than that... Anyway, back to the app store...

Here is a picture of my viburnum mariesii, which has grown some since I posted in May about my battle wrestling her into the ground. The dry weather hasn't helped, but she's doing fine... Ok, so I've set up my Blackberry to allow me to post while on the go. This is great. Now I can write about all the exciting things going on as they happen, rather than post about them when I get back home. Right now, I am getting my oil changed. Yeah, real exciting. More seriously, this post is a test. Had this been something I really wanted to write about, I probably would have waited until I got home and was in a better position to more carefully edit...
