Baseball ballparks so far...

Ok, as promised last week, here are the baseball ballparks at which I've seen a game. Unless I win some kind of radio contest, I'm done for the season, concluding visits with three straight walkoff wins by the home teams: The Angels and Dodgers obliged in consecutive games in July, and then this past Saturday, the Cardinals came to life in the bottom of the 9th, first tying the game, then loading the bases and scoring on a wild pitch. Great stuff in any ballpark.

Like with my football chart, the asterisk simply means I've seen multiple games at that venue; the dagger means I've only been to the team's older stadium but not the new one; and an italic entry means the opposite, that I've seen the team play at their old and new joints.

The tally goes like this: 36 ballparks (7 to go), and 27 of the 30 teams on their home field.

Since my posts over the weekend, I spoke to many who do the same thing, hitting some new parks every year. Some follow their team, others look to see multiple venues on single trips, some are satisfied getting to a new ballpark each year--spoke to one guy this morning who with some of his friends have a 23-year streak of getting to a new football stadium. Great stuff in every ballpark.
